Tuition Assistance

The Peraton tuition assistance program (TAP) supports employees pursuing a higher education degree (bachelors, master, doctorate, graduate certificate) at an accredited institution. The degree must be directly related to the employee’s job responsibilities or identified as providing a business benefit to Peraton. TAP is available to all regular, active, benefit eligible employees. Certain SCA and Union employees are eligible. All contractors are ineligible. This is a reimbursement program, meaning approved employees pay the costs directly to the university and the company reimburses the employee 100% of eligible expenses, up to the IRS maximum of $5,250 annually, provided all reimbursement criteria are met.
