If you or one of your dependents is diagnosed with cancer, your Carrum Health benefit includes a Care Navigator who will connect you to a team of top cancer care specialists and help guide you throughout your cancer journey. This team of oncology experts, with a track record of better outcomes, is available to review your treatment plan virtually—at no additional cost—to ensure you have the best possible outcome. In addition to receiving remote expertise, members may also qualify for comprehensive treatment, and most costs may be covered.¹

For qualifying members, the Carrum Health benefit also covers:

Access to navigational support from a team of oncology-certified nurses
An expert opinion of your cancer diagnosis and treatment plan from world-renowned specialists
Recommendations for local providers and specialists
Access to some of the largest clinical trial programs in the country

In addition to the remote expertise, eligible employees and dependents with first-time, non-metastatic breast or thyroid cancer may be eligible for additional care.

1. Members must meet all or part of their AmeriBen deductible before costs are covered at 100%. The DynamicCare Plan (Surest) does not have a deductible.
