Dental Plan Options

MetLife Providers

Peraton’s dental plan options are preferred provider organizations (DPPOs). This means you can choose to receive care from a dental provider who is part of a network or from a provider outside the network. The plans cover the same services; however, the difference is that your out-of-pocket costs will likely be lower when you use an in-network dental provider.

To see if your dental provider is part of the MetLife network go to providers.online.metlife.com/findDentist and choose PDP Plus as your network and enter your zip code.
