Eligibility Requirements
You and your dependents are eligible to enroll in Peraton’s benefits if you meet these requirements:
- You are eligible for most benefits if you work 30+ hours per week
- Your dependents are eligible if they are your:
- Legal spouse or domestic partner
- Dependent children up to age 26
- Disabled dependent children of any age (documentation required)
Dependent Verification Required
If you newly enroll a dependent for medical, dental, or vision coverage, you have 45 days from the date you enroll them to provide required documentation to verify your dependent’s eligibility.
Documentation must be submitted via the Benefits & Beyond Enrollment Portal, powered by bswift.
