How To Enroll

Once you’re ready to enroll, go to the Peraton Benefits & Beyond Enrollment Portal, powered by bswift, and follow these steps:

  1. Log in through Okta via the steps below or at peraton.bswift.com.
  2. Select the bswift tile.
  3. Click the Enroll Now button under the Welcome to Peraton! section on the homepage.
  4. Follow the prompts to make your elections and complete enrollment.

If you have a qualifying life event, once you log in to bswift, click Manage Life Event Changes under Find It Fast on the right side of the homepage.

As you go through the enrollment process on the Benefits & Beyond Enrollment Portal, you will be asked to share your preferred email and a phone number. These will be used to contact you if there are concerns about your benefits or if you need to reset your password. The process will also have you document your covered dependents and provide your beneficiaries for each of the relevant plans.

As a new hire, your coverage and any premiums you are responsible for paying—your deductions—are retroactive to your first day with Peraton. Whether you submit your elections on your first day or your 29th day of employment, your cost and coverage start date will be the same. If you experience a qualifying life event (QLE), your coverage and deductions will be retroactive to your benefit coverage start date. If you elect benefits with a pre-tax or after-tax cost to you, these costs are deducted from your paycheck. If you are on a leave of absence, you will be direct billed for the cost of coverage. Upon your return to work, any unpaid benefits balance will be deducted beginning on your first paycheck.
