WELL-BEING

Lyra Mental Health Benefit

The Lyra Mental Health Benefit helps employees access the mental health care they need, so they can be emotionally well—at no cost. From self-guided care to access to top therapists, the Lyra Mental Health Benefit offers something for everyone, no matter where you are in your mental health journey. With research-backed treatment methods, quality providers, and digital resources, you and your dependents can tap into easy-to-use tools to support your emotional well-being, including:

10 free and confidential sessions of mental health coaching or therapy sessions per person, per year are available to all benefits-eligible employees and their family members—you do not have to be enrolled in an AmeriBen medical plan to be eligible for benefits. In fact, every member of your family—including kids age 2+, teens, adults, and couples—can get the care they need.

‌Note: If more therapy sessions are needed, you and your eligible dependents enrolled in a Peraton AmeriBen medical plan can continue care with a Lyra provider through your medical plan benefit.*

‌*Lyra’s continued care sessions are billed through your health plan, meaning that sessions are subject to in-network outpatient mental health cost-sharing as defined under your specific health plan. Any copays, coinsurance or deductibles for in-network outpatient mental health services will be charged by Lyra Health and are your responsibility.

To get started, you’ll complete a care assessment, which will help Lyra identify the appropriate mental health coach or therapist to meet your unique preferences and needs to ensure you receive care that respects and reflects your individual identity.
