Use the Peraton Benefits & Beyond Decision Support Tool, powered by ALEX, to get help making your benefits decisions. Access the tool at peraton.bswift.com.

Just answer some questions about your preferences and financial and healthcare needs, then ALEX makes customized recommendations.

How and when do I enroll in my benefits?

You enroll in your benefits through the Peraton Benefits & Beyond Enrollment Portal, powered by bswift. You have 30¹ days from your date of hire to enroll in benefits.

1. If you are enrolled in the HMSA or Triple S medical plan or Life or Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance and want to make a change due to a QLE, you must request the change in your election within 30 days of the event.

How do I designate beneficiaries?

Be sure to designate beneficiaries for your life/AD&D insurance on the Peraton Benefits & Beyond Portal, powered by bswift.

You can review and update your 401(k) retirement savings plan beneficiaries on Fidelity’s website.

How do I roll over a prior employer's 401(k)?

To initiate a roll over request from a prior employer’s 401(k), log into Fidelity’s website at netbenefits.com or call 800.835.5095 for assistance.

Visit Fidelity at netbenefits.com to roll over your former employer’s 401(k) plan account, designate beneficiaries, and manage your Peraton 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan account.

Note: If you enroll a dependent for medical, dental or vision coverage, you have 45 days to provide the required documentation to verify your dependent’s eligibility. Documentation must be submitted via the Benefits & Beyond Enrollment Portal, powered by bswift.
