Our caregiving support service, Torchlight, helps you balance the demands of your busy life with your caregiving responsibilities. With experts equipped to help you with everything from child rearing or navigating special needs diagnoses to caring for an aging spouse, sibling, or parent, Torchlight provides resources and guidance, so you can focus on what you do best. You can do it yourself with their robust web portal, or get expert guidance and support. Torchlight is available to all Peraton employees at no cost.
